Hair Color Store is committed to providing good quality products and services to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.
Exchanges can be made or credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number please call us at 1-877-956-4455.
Hair Color Store will replace or refund any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Hair Color Store will refund purchase or ship a replacement product at our expense.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
Hair Color Store will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. We will email a tracking number with each shipment, if you have not received your order in the US within 5 business days of a completed order, (meaning no additional information has been request), please contact us. 1-877-956-4455 or email.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If possible, we would prefer photographic images sent via email to show said damage. In some cases we may send out and we will refund your return shipping charges.
We will offer a replacement if we have the item in stock or a full refund of purchase price will be offered. If there is something wrong with your purchase i.e. wrong product received, product does not seem fresh, etc., PLEASE let us know. If you do not hear from us by email within a reasonable time, please call us or send another email. We want you to get the item you paid for! We do not open bottles for sanitary purposes so let us know of your concerns.
International orders may take from 2 weeks up to 45 days for delivery, depending on the country for shipment. All items have to go through local customs, so please check with your local custom office for expected delivery from the US.

Hair Color Store does not imply to know application procedures or preparation procedures for any products other than and listed direction that are attached or inside package for any product or tool.
It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all Hair Color Store products. This would include but is not limited to the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding the said product.
Hair Color Store may use a number of qualified carriers including but not limited to Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS and DHL. We cannot guarantee the performance of these said carriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages.
Orders will be packed and shipped within 24 hrs of receipt during regular business hours Monday – Friday CST. Star Beauty Store is closed on weekends and most Holidays. Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude holidays.
Tracking numbers should be emailed to you, the same day the package is shipped.
In most cases Hair Color Store, does not purchase its products directly from the manufacturer, our items are purchase from other vendors, warehouses and/or salons.
